I would like to raise a complaint against Rodney Franklin, Class IV railway employee posted in Gangapur City, Rajasthan, India. Without the knowledge and permission of Railways he runs a private school St. Stephen School, in which he is also a Director and Trustee. This has been going on from past 5-6 years. He sits in the school during Railway Duty and manipulates the other staff to do his work. After school, he goes for a small visit to office and goes home to sleep and then one visit to railway office in the evening.
I would like to know if there is any govt. body or grievance cell or any vigilance department who could take this matter seriously.
