RESPECTED SIR,
My father was expired on August 11 2009, but was removed from service and after that we went to CAT and got statement to our favour and i applied to DRM.
My father's grade pay was 5500-9000 and his basic was 6375 only these details with me.
What will be the pay?
what is emoluments for calaculating settlement dues. I could not understand some terms like emoluments, pay, pay band.
He has completed 30 years of service and his date of birth is 1960. died while working as office superintendent grade II.
and one more doubt sir,
my brother was 20 years old and was studying when my father was expired.
now he is 23, will he get pension for the past 3 years during which time the case is in the court, since my mother was expired long back and no other is eligible for pension.
