cadre restructuring was done of drawing section of Engineering Department of Raipur Division with effect from 01.11.2013.
Two staffs are working temporally ( around 10 yrs) in drawing section of engineering department on HQ lien. As per personnel department, i will not get restructuring benefit or promoted to next grade as they are on roll cadre in division. Inspite of permanent cadre i am not getting benefit of restructuring.
Can any one provide me rule ?
