Yes, some of the holiday homes dont send the letters. Hope Railway Board will introduce Online booking on pass and holiday homes at the earliest.
There is no system to get confirmations w,r,t booking of suit in holiday home before departure. How can an employee enjoy the benefit of HHs. Computerized system should be introduced to know availability of accommodations and booking thereof through internet.
