As iam joined Technician Grade III in Diesel loco shed, on Dt: 21-05-2003, i.e old pension, present cader is Tech Gr II, Scale 5200-20200,basic pay 9390+2400 GP, my educational qualification are B.Tech (EEE), as iam applied through proper channel for the post of ATO (Assistant Training Officer) in scale 11530-38400, now iam selected above said post through APPSC (Andhra Pradesh Public Service commission ), as iam applied for Technical resignation to join the ATO post, my question is 1) If iam relived through proper channel as iam eligible to old pension scheme in A.P state Govt. and also my service is countable in state Govt. 2) my balance LAP -150 days BLHAP-90 days these leaves are counted as lean period to counting 10 years of service completion to eligible any passes or any other benefits other wise pay the basic salary to railways for counting lean period, 3) any other benefits as iam eligible.
