I joined in Railway on may,2012 in Group "D" at that time my basic pay was 7000 (5200+1800) and now on August,2013 i was promoted in Group "C" through proper channel by RRB exam. now my basic pay is 7730 (5830+1900). I want to know whether i am eligible for the year 2013 increment or not. if I am eligible then is it already added in my current basic pay i.e,7730. if it is not added then how much should be my basic pay ? Do you have reference Board's letter regarding this issue.
