SIR,
Im working as alp at Rangapara north of Rangiya division in NF Railway since may 2008 when here was meter guage line.
From last year september guage conversion work is going on through mega block. So we are unutilised staff this time & not using running room facility from last year september.
I want to know is i will get any allowance or 30% of pay which is deducted from my payment (we only getting pay elements).
If yes - by which rule
If no - why.
