I was appointed in may2003 as tr art with apprentice period of 3 years.I was absorbed as a regular on 06/06/2006.my date of increment upto 2008 was may of each year, am i eligible for increment arreas cause the payments have been made and
i recevied no cheque.could it be
that i was a trainee as on 01/01/06.even so i'm entitled to three increments on completion of traning.i sure feel that i missed one increment. a colleuge who went on transfer to another workshop who DOA was a month after mine got his
increment.wonder why.
