I am working as a DY/SS in grade pay 4600/-. My SS is going to allot me a quarter of Type II but I am entitle for Type IV quarter as per sixth pay commission. At present this quarter is occupy by any commercial clerk working in grade pay 2000/-. I have no need of quarter due to my own house nearby.
Sir, Can I refuse the above quarter and can claim HRA. Please also inform me quarters of Station Masters are pooled or non-pooled. Please advice me in detail. My email-id is "[email protected]".
