Sir, I am working in South Central Railway, Construction organization. Joined as Jr.Typist (Regular) in the year 1986 (GP Rs.1900/-) Promoted as Sr.Typist (Regular) in 1988 (GP Rs.2400/-). Further promoted as Hd.Typist (Adhoc) in 1993 (GP Rs.4200/-) continued to till date (19 years) without break and Regularized in 2003 (Total 10 years Adhoc service and 9 years Regular service without break). Based on the existing guide lines (DPO/CRS/TPYS) Open Line organization staff Adhoc period counted for MACP purpose and granted MACP. But in Construction organization (Dy.CPO/C/SC) my case rejected duly stating that Adhoc period in construction organization is not eligible for MACP.
Kindly clarify Construction organization Adhoc promotion and Open Line Organization Adhoc promotions are different? Construction organization adhoc promotion period is eligible for MACP or not ?
