I would like to get one query sorted. The particulars are as follows:
" My mother joined Northern Railways as a Typist on 05-10-1989. She changed her category as a Stenographer in 1993. According to Vth pay commission, when should she have been entitled for ACP and according to VIth pay commission " , when should she have been entitled for MACP? ".
