I was appointed as Trackman in 2001 in Sambalpur Division through general Notification in the year 1998 (Only for SC, ST, OBC, GEN). After qualified through Written, Practical, vice-voce and medical test finally 429 candidates were selected for posting in the year 2000-01.
At that time Land looser from Sambalpur-Talcher link project were suite a case at CAT Cuttack for appointed in the Railway. Finally Railway was loose the case in the year 2011 at Supreme Court.
Now, Railway wants to quashed total 429 appointments as per order of supreme court. Today 12.09.2012 this process has already been started in view of despatching " SO CAUSE NOTICE"
Now, what can we do?
Our family is fully on mentally depressed.
I croosed the age limit to join in a new service.
12 years service to Railway is nothing for them.
If there is no income, then what can my family members will get to stay alive.
I have two child (Daughter in ST-III and Son 14 months old)
Pls. help us. 429 family is in trouble.
