R/Sir,

My name is Nitish Kumar and posted as CA in East Central Railway.  I had been transferred to RRB/Patna and posted in scale 4000-6000 there in June 2004.  I have been promoted (ad-hoc) in scale 5000-8000 on 14.01.2005 after speed test of 100 w.p.m.  Parent cadre i.e. E.C. Railway, Hajipur had given promotion on 06.02.2008, but I was working in RRB/Patna regularly.  On 31st March, 2010, I had been repatriated from RRB/Patna to E.C. Railway, Hajipur.  According to 6th pay commission my pay had been fixed and  entry of increments in service book  is regularly done.  Accounts deptt. Danapur (RRB/Patna's billing division) had vetted my continues service and pay particulars.  Presently, further increments is being entered in parent cadre.  On 13.01.2015, I have completed 10 years service in ( 5000-8000) now 9300-34800 GP-4200 without break.

Kindly guide me that whether my ad-hoc promotion (given by RRB/Patna after conducting the prescribed test ) followed by regularization without break will be counted for MCAP?
