unfit

Hii all
My name is sankalp,i m bca graduate
My father is railway employee working in carriage workshop ajmer,as a fitter grade 1 having 2800 gradepay nd 40000 gross pay,He is medicaly unfit doc decaler medicly unfit,
Now i have 3 questn
1) if i m going to do job in his place what kind of job i can get,i dnt want to work in carriage as fitter,can i post in drm as clerk or tc,asm in stn
2)I m also preparing fr railway group a officer(upsc),so can i get engh tym to prepare for upsc?,aftr doing job like initaly i thnk i m suupose to attend training
3) suppose doc declare my paa medicly unfit in feb 2015,so how nuch it take tym to complete all the procegrs nd till when i can do job like 6 month 1year plzz tell m the month
