dear sir,
my father died in the year 2011 and he was in RAILWAY. I have completed b.tech(IT) & i am applicable for GP 4600, so i was willing to know what type of questions can be asked in the exam that will be conducted by railway for my appointment on the basis of compensation.

Dear Admin !
Just today I joined this lively family & it will take some time to understand and use the webpage properly.
However I would like to submit a few of my suggestions which came out of the experience of a first time user.Later on I will be 'used to' so the difficulties I faced will not be there.
Suggestions---
1] Pl put a caption of 'HOME' for the home page.
2] Pl give a 'TEXT BOX' where any topic can be filled in/written & then can be searched if available on your/this website.
3] Pl give/start a 'FAQ' page where answers to common queries can be had.
4] Similarly a separate page for readers Query or Suggestion.
5] Finally few 'Guidelines' from your side pertaining to 'How to use this Website'
6] Pl give a 'POST' or 'SUBMIT' button when the subscriber wants to send his/her comments.
These are my humble suggestions so please take it in that spirit only.

respected sir,the alp/technecian 2014 exam is going to be finish on july 2014.in the railway recruitment notification 2014 alp/tech,it was written to submit only one form should submitted against one rrb board or the exam will be conducted on all rrbs at one date date only.most of the candidates give the exam in 2-3 diifferent rrb board.can there candidature will be rejected because they just break the rules of rrb notification and gave exam on 2 to 3 times on different rrb.

I have diploma in computer sc & technology and selected as tech SIG & tele in nfr. I want to do AMIE in computer engineering . will it give me any advantage in my career? I am sc candidate and age 32. If I do AMIE in electronics & telecommunication will it be accecteble by rail?

Hi All,
I need you help to get the idea about the re-medical which is held on July 2nd.
i have written the RRB group d exam, on 1st DEC 2013 and i got short listed on that. I done with my Physical test and I got short listed too but in medical test due to some medical reasons the Dr, who conducted the medical test has send me for a re-medical after 6 weeks. Finaly i done with my Medical test on July 2nd and i passed on it.
Can you please some one help me get the details, to whom should i contact for further process.

I have joined Railways in the year 2008 in Engg dept. I am a B.Tech Civil student. Presently I am working as group 'D' employee. The then GM, S.E.Rly has appointed me under GM power since I was a graduate. Sir, all these years I have served Railways with sincerity. Eagerly waited for the Dept Exams. At last when one Dept Exam was conducted for Jr clerks, I passed the written test and was second on the list, but later I was discarded on the cost of some favorite candidates. I fought for justice but later realised that I can't stand against my department. I dropped a letter to RTI , but the reasons given were not satisfactory. I felt all alone and left the issue to my fate. Sir, I am again waiting for some dept exams to come across. Sir, please tell me that what are the prospects in my future. Dept exams are the only way to move forward.? Is there any other way out, that my technical degree certificate will help me?
What are the different dept exams from Group 'D' to "C" that employees are called for apart of Jr. Clerks. Like I remember long back eligible group 'D' candidates of Engineering dept were called for the post of Supervisor in Engg 'works' in S.E.Rly. Probably in the year 2003.
Sir pleeeeease suggest what to do. I am depressed.

Dear Kolla,
I think you shouldn't be depressed, If you have degree, talent and you are an honest hard worker you will surely get your right position. I would like to suggest you that if you have age you can fight for deferent exams for technical Gr. C Posts from open market. For the post of Technicians, JE etc, various exams are conducted. You may try there, You will get success. If you will wait only for clerical posts, you may loose your time and opportunity.

I am Pradeep kumar working as Tech Gr-III at DSL/TNPand i passed LDCE exam from Group D to Group C ie. Tech Gr- III & i was given an order from Sr DPO/Mas office with effect date from the date of joining training on 24.06.2012, But my seniority was fixed after the Group D staff who were promoted on Ancillary basis dated 25.12.2012. i want to know whether this fixation is correct or if wrong what can be done and I want to know that whether a Regular Tech gr-III is senor or an Ancillary Tech gr-III will be senior.

hello sir The qualification for je mechanical in cen 02/2014 is diploma in mechanical ....or any substream of basic stream of instrumentation and control.i have done diploma in instrumentation engineering from bter rajasthan,jodhpur. My query is (1) if i am eligible for this post . Is instrumentation engineering is a substream of instrumentation and control? (2) if i apply for this post and let this branch is not a substream then will i be considered for depot material superitendat? Or i ll be rejected? Can i get the list of substreams of instrumentation and control? Today in drdo ceptam 7 advertisement, qualification for sta'b' instrumentation is both i.e. Instrumentation engg and instrumentation and control. I m confused

Sir,
i am wait listed candidate for CEN 3/2012. NTPC. my certificate verification was done. but till now i did not get any call for medical test. it will come or not. and i got the my marks percentage and the cut off murks for all categories of NTPC CEN 3/2012 by RTI. that is my secured marks in the second stage exam is 69.48% and cut off marks for the goods guard is 70.48 and the JAA cut off marks is 70.02%. Now My question is will i get any call for medical test or not.
please give your valuable response for me.

My Branch is Electrical & Electronics engineering and I am trying to fill my SSE Electrical GS form but when i select education qualification :- Degree in a combination of any sub stream of basic stream of electrical engineering, and OBC Category , after submitting a dialog box appear with message no vacancy for your qualification/age/category,
And one of my friend apply in general category his form is successfully submitted,
As per advertisement for OBC category vacancy are available, why it is happen
