I m working as reliving Asm, i availed LAP other than my HQ stn but my TI is saying u will be marked absent since u have not taken LAP frm HQ.
Kindly let me if there is any rule so, if, pl let me know

FA&CAO circular issued during 1978 regarding  the eligibility of commercial staff for honorarium on SCRLY, who remit the cash in to banks .

I am Sr assistant loco pilot working at Dhanibad(ECR). I have transferred from Kharagpur (SER) in place of Mr Mintu Naskar. My date of joining is 02.07.2008 and my partner's joining date is 14.08.2008 . When I have applied for mutual transfer our grade pay is 1900. When the mutual process is completed our grade pay became 2400. During releasing, our grade pay reversed from 2400 into 1900 . At Dhanbad division my seniority was decided as per the reporting grade pay I.e. 1900 not partner's joining date. Is it the correct process of seniority implementation? What step can I take for further seniority implementation ? Plz suggest me all right way suchthat I get correct seniority .

sir i am subramani , completed BE directly 4 yrs course. i applied JUNIOR ENGINEER in southern railway. rrb mentioned in min qualification for JE is three years diploma. but i completed 4 yrs BE. if i pass the exam na i am eligible to get job or not? plz sent reply now i am in dilemma
