In a shift duty if a technician working in shift is going to attended the training of 1 month and if another technician who is LR (whose rest is on sunday) appointed to do the duty of the technician who is in training. 
LR has the rest on Sunday. 
And the Staff who is attending the training 
1) Is it compulsory that LR has to avail Every Rest of (other than sunday) technician who is in training ?, Any rule there ?

2) If the LR is ART Nominated Staff (who can claim Overtime).
In above case Can he will claim overtime of doing duty on sunday (duty against staff who is in training) and also not taking rest and doing duty(by giving reason that he is LR and his schedule rest is on Sunday) on rest day of technician who is in training?

And also Provide the rule pertaining to this case if available some where?
