I dont at all think that rrb secunderabad select the candidates purely on merit basis because in spite of doing well in written exam and aptitude test I am not selected.hope all rrb are not like this..

If you have doubt about the result you ask the marks through RTI to find out instead of raising wild allegations about a respectable institution.
Know that even if you performed well others can perform better than you.

in spite of doing well in written exams and aptitude test I am not selected.hope all rrb are not like this..

No. Post Graduation doesnt assure faster promotion. Your promotion will depend on your seniority and performance in Departmental exams only.

RRB is bound by Railway Board order for calling Waitlisted candidates. So it will come out sooner or later.

Cut off marks are decided by RDSO on a case by case and they dont publish the details.

I was appointed as S.E. P.Way and i am an OBC candidate..Can I get mutual transfer with a promotive S.E. P.way who was J.E. P.Way earlier and he is a ST candidate...Please sort out this confusion accurately as everyone is giving different answers..

"On bottom seniority in grades having direct recruitment against vacant direct recruitment quota posts subject to the condition that the employee requesting transfer fulfils the qualification prescribed for direct recruitment to the post"
In short if you both give in writing that you are ready to go as lowermost in JE Grade it can be possible, otherwise not.

If you call RRB they will say "You should bring the certificate". Maybe they will ask you some other documents as extra.

I joined railways on 27.11.1990. Now i am working as Sr booking clerk After joining railways i done my graduation in Sociology , Master of Social work (M.S.W) Personal management and Industrial Relation as specialization, Post graduate diploma in psychological counseling and M phil in social work ,specialization in P M I R. Am i eligible for the award for railway staff on acquiring higher qualification ? If i am eligible to whom i have to contact ?

That is a lot of degrees. Well done!!!!!!!!!! But for this so called award your DPO should feel that it will be useful from administrative angle. Anyway request to DPO of your Division with copies of your certificate.
