I, Ramesh Chandra Singh Sr. Section Engineer (Workshop)  native of Gorakhpur (UP) and  working at NW Railway Workshop, Bikaner. I opted to serve RCF, Raebarelli and  my verified service record and leave record were collected by RCF HQ Office,   Kishanganj in June 2010 but not yet called to serve RCF.
