Respected Sir,
Please tell me that when a techanician promoted as J.E. through Intermidiate quota and goes for training at STC (out of station) for diffrent three spells(semester). i.e. For 1st sem 14 weeks and come back their head qtr. for 15 days. again goes to STC for 20 weeks and come back for 15 days their head qtr. and again goes for 14 weeks . he did not stay more than 20 weeks continiue out of station. can he get T.A. More than 180 days for whole training period.

Travelling Allowance is not eligible for trainee
. You will be issued one set of return pass in a calendar year to whichever destination you want in India valid for 4 months for you and family. And you will be issued duty pass for you alone whenever you travel on duty.

sir one more querry regarding this.what class travel will be allowed in this pass? and during the training period for joining at any place will there be any sort of allowance or so?

Class of travel First Class/ 2 AC. No Allowance during training or on initial posting.

I am undergoing trainning for the post of JE (C&W) through 25%intermidiete quta deparmental, tranning period of ONE Yrs. only ,
Sir my trainning is going on contuniously for more than six months & i have been told that no TA is admissable after six month ,So please give sugesstion & RB/Letters regading this matter & am i eligible for drawing pay on grade pay 4200 right through my trainning.
SIr my trainning going on, at other rly. from my head quarter.

Zonal Railways have no power to sanction TA for more than 6 months continuously.

please tell me about increament when an employee join as app. J.E. in march 2011 and suppose training will be completed on march 2012. and he is already drawan grade pay Rs.4200/-

As the period is not continuous you are eligible for TA normally.
As for GP you can draw 4200 from posting itself. But it will be loss for you if you draw from MArch because you wont get increment in July. Opt for new pay from July, it is more benefitial for you.

I have been worked for railways as a SENIOR ASST LOCO PILOt for 5 yrs.Now recently I got selected as JUNIOR ENGINEER (TELE) through proper channel means I got permission to appear for the RRB exam conducted in 2010 while I was working for mentioned post. .Now I am in training as a APPRENTICE in JE(TELE).I would like to know whether I am elegible for TRANPORT & TRAVELLING allowance.
Can anybody please help to find the same.

whether P.F can be withdarwn for purchase of four wheelers.. any one ple explain.. also in what way Temp. withdrawal is permissable.

Amount: Upto Rs.110000/- can be withdrawn. "The amount of withdrawal plus withdrawal for booking should not exceed 50% of amount at creditor actual price of car whichever is less."

i joined as apprentice se/p way, on 09.05.12, initialy posted at rha for field training, then i have to go for zrti/dhanbad, so if i m eligible for TA for dhanbad period, as my headquarter is rha....please clarify.

I m traineeJE in railway electrification in EC rly.i m being sent daily at difrent places.i m always alone at site from rly side for supervision and L&T company works on site.some staff say u are eligible for TA as there is nobody to teach u. u are there for supervision so u are eligible for TA. please guide me.

I m trainee JE/Elect in railway electrification (construction) in NR rly.i m being sent daily at difrent places.i m always alone at site from rly side for supervision of company works on site.some staff say u are eligible for TA as there is nobody to teach us. you are there for supervision so u are eligible for TA. Dear sir please guide me.

I have join northern railway 2012. at JE civil drawing my posting head quarter is SSB. i was gone daily K gate for duty It is come in above 8 km. am i eligible for claiming TA plese tell me

You can apply for GDCE exam for JE whenever it is called for. GDCE exam is for departmental candidates only.

Dear Sir
I am going under training in STC Ajmer at the post of SSE (from 20% Quota Direct) for the six month and in probation period. During our session break we (I am my colleagues App JE from RRB) visited DLW from Ajmer as per training schedule. I come to know that we in probation during training not eligible for daily TA but during train Journey AII to BSB are we eligible to get TA?
If yes please tell me where can I find the rule.

Thanks for the responce.
I think we App SSE and App JE are eligible to get TA during Journey in course of training. Please go through the Establishment Code Vol 2 Chapter 16 Rule 1685 Point (vii).
