Sixth pay commission benefits not got

Hi All
My father was an employee of central railway nagpur.
He worked as errector grade 2 in kolkata.but railway
made him permanent as a trkman in nagpur.
He was retired on 3500 pay scale.his total service was
18 years.He got only 1900 rs as a pension,no pass np medical benefits.
In July 2010 He died from kidney illness in lake of treatement.
But govt didnt provide him any medical facility.
After all He requested many times but govt didnt give his
settlement money according to the sixth pay commission.
Anybody can help me,because We are not provided any
pay commission benefits.

You have pretty good chance as many who got the appointment do not join normally as they get other posts
. But nothing is sure. Good luck!

I JOINED INDIAN RAILWAY AS ELECTRIC ASST. DRIVER THROUGH RRB/ BBS IN PB-1 GP. RS.1900/- ON 21/08/1989, MAINTAINING SERVICE CONTINUITY AGAIN I JOINED AS APPRENTICE TXR THROUGH RRB/BBS IN PB-2 GP. RS.4200/- ON 21/04/1991. NOW I AM WORKING AS SENIOR SECION ENGINEER(C&W) IN PB-2 GP RS.4600/-. I HAVE COMPLETED 20 YEARS SERVICE IN PB-2 ON 21/04/2011. MY OFFICE SAYS THAT MY GRADE PAY ALREADY CHANGED TWO TIMES SO I AM NOT ELIGIBLE FOR MACP. BUT THE CHANGE OF GRADE PAY FROM RS.1900/- TO 4200/- IS ONLY FOR UPGRADATION OF MY CARRIER ON MY OWN EFFORT, THERE WAS NO CONTRIBUTION OF RAILWAY. SO PLEASE CLARIFY WHETHER I AM ELIGIBLE FOR MACP OR NOT.

You are a fresh candidate from RRB and as such you are eligible for MACP.

i am joing 2005 august 31 my stating basic is 3050 how to fix my basic in 6th pc
