cash office staff ko khatam karo, ajj new delhi cash office mi 170000/= lakh ka gapla hi, dusri tarf purni delhi cash office mi 200000/= lakh se upar ka gapla hi laki union bacha rahi hi or officer chup beth hi bs thakerdro se mall btor rahi hi ,ajj ek cashier, Kh or DC mel kar cash office ko lut rahi hi honorarium se TA se moneylading se lakin officer chup hi.

SUBJECT:CADRE RESTUCTURING OF COMMERCIAL INSPECTOR
1.BEFORE SPC, THE DIRECT RECRUITED COMMERCIAL INSPECTORS (THROUGH COMMERCIAL APPRENTICE)WERE PLACED AT RS.5500 AND STIPEND DURING TWO YEARS TRAINING WERE RS.5000/-, VIZ, AFTER COMPLETION OF TRAINING THEY WERE PLACED ONE STEP ABOVE THE STIPEND.
2.NOW STIPEND IS FIXED WITH GRADE PAY RS.2800/- (AGAINST EARLIER RS.5000) AND GP RS.4200 IS FIXED AFTER COMPLETION OF TWO YEARS APPRENTICESHIP WHICH IS BEYOND JUSTIFICATION.
3.THE MINIMUM QUALIFICATION IS GRATUATION WITH DIPLOMA IN RAIL TRANSPORTATION.
4. SO COMMERCIAL APPRENTICE SHOULD BE POSTED WITH GRADE PAY OF RS.4600 (AFTER COMPLETION OF TRAINING ) AND RS.4200 DURING TRAINING.
THE MATTER SHOULD BE HIGHLIGHTED DURING CADRE RESTURCTING MEETING.

sir, ex.rail minister Ms.Banerjee has very kindly pronounced in rail budget 2011-12 that railway staff will get promotion through restructuring of cadre. Railway employees are eagerly waiting for restructuring of cadre. The orders are to be issued before March 2012 as this is a budget announcement. Kindly put the process in fast track.

Sir,
A senior clerk is recruited on graduate level qualification whereas a JE is recruited at Diploma base which is lower than graduation but when pay is fixed for both there is exactly opposite system.
At least both should be at par with regard to pay band and grade pay.

Sir, I was promoted after 5 of my seniors refuse the promotion. That post is a non-selection group C post. If restructuring for group C is implemented
1 ) Will those seniors who have refused the promotion are eligible to get the promotions ?
2) If eligible , who will be the senior in future ?

Well that depends when the restructuring take effect. If it takes effect on a past date before the date of refusal, they will become senior provided they dont decline the promotion consequent to restructuring.

Restructuring committee will give its recommendations to Railway Board. Board decides the date of implementation after getting clearance from Ministry of Finance. So still a long way to go.

He will be given normal promotion when vacancy of a permanent nature arises.

Whether the promotion will last for 6 months depends on the officer concerned. There is no rule that it should not. If not, he will be reverted back and then given regular promotion.

Restructuring is the process of recalculating percentage of different grades of a cadre with an aim to give promotion to more employees to higher grades.
AIRF General Secretary Mr.Shiva Gopal Mishra has written letter to the Secretary of Railway Board regarding various demands adopted by the Ministerial Staff Conference held 01.03.2011 at Howrah. But No visible progress as of now for Ministerial Cadre restructuring.
