I joined northern railway ambala division on 13th jan 2012.And i reported to ceta kanpur on 16th jan 2012 for phase1 training. I'm also selected for cpwd.So, i want to resign railway.If i resign now from railway how much money i pay to railway.

Since you dont have received any stipend you dont have to pay anything

Lucid Ans Plz.....
A person working in PSU(a Maharatna) & has signed a bond.
When he applied for the Railway (vacancy) post he was not working anywhere, DV result is declared -recommended. Joining formalities will take place in couple of months.
He wants to get the bond transferred to Railways, will he be able to do that.......???
What is the process for aforesaid condition....???

For that you have to ask the concerned PSU. As far as Railways are concerned it should not make a problem.
Usually When a Railway employee under bond want to join a psu he has to given an undertaking that he will serve the PSU for the rest of his bond period. So it should be the same for a PSU employee.

Since you got NOC there wont be any problem to relieve. You just apply to DPO.

I'm a technician in NFR from 2006. I had applied for State Govt. job(higher grade) without NOC on 2008. Now I've selected for that.
My question is, how should I resign? Will it be technical resignation?

If it is a higher grade you can resign without any problem. Write to DPO explaining the circumstanes.

As per rules, you have to get properly relieved to join new post. The same for NOC. See that there is no need of resignation for joining new post. Besides if you havent completed 5 years bond period resingation wont be accepted.

No. Here are extracts from Railway Board order No RBE 90/2009 dated 25.05.2009.
"Board have decided to discontinue the policy of providing alternative appointment to the medically failed empanelled candidates selected through RRBs/RRCs for any Group ‘C’ or Group ‘D’ post."

I am selected in je i had not applied throug proper channel .i have now applied to dpo for my relive to join je in other devison.i joined rail on 1/7/2008 as alp.joind indepent working on 1/5/2009.whether i should be relived or technical resign.what is deference between two. what document i should carry to report to new devision.pls reply as soon ar possible as i have very less time and no one has told me about this matter

Hi,
I got selected as SSE MEch in N.RLY workshop Amritsar. I have received a letter for medical test. Also, it is written in the letter that one needs to serve the railways atleast for 5 years otherwise training expenses shall be recovered. can anyone explain what are training expenses and how seriously is this clause implemented in railways.

It depends on the training institute. When the start new course they will call you. This can take many months.

What is better for you you have to decide. There are people who quit just like that. But rules doesnt permit that.

hi i have selected as a j.e in works from rrb ch. Ch. Divided two point of joining delhi and ambala division the training have been start of delhi at 16 jan. 2012 at kanpur but ambala have not any reaction taken for joining here not any medical come so what the reason of delay of ambala and fix date of training

Have you completed medical and other formalities? After completing all the other formalities you will be called for training depending on the training institute schedule.

The training will start after the division completes the appointment procedres. When that will happen nobody can say. Few months ossibly.

Normally it is not permitted to change cadre to a equivalent or lower grade. I dont think that u will be relieved in proper channel.

You have to pay back the amount you received as Stipend. If you have copy of agreement you made with Railways it is mentioned.
