Request Transfer

I am Anju Km. sah, Assistant Booking Clerk, Memary. I have requested for transfer from Memary to any where between Howrah to Bandel preferably closure to Baidyabati or Howrah through proper Channel Thrice, but no action has been taken till Date.My mother is alone in Howrah with a sister. No one to take care of her. It took Two & half hrs to reach to office. I got married in June,2009. My husband stays in Baidyabati. My father in law expire & mother in law (Physically unfit) is alone in Baidyabati. I have twin Babies (7 Months old). Its really difficult to manage the Family & Office. If I got the transfer nearer to the above mentioned place, it will save my 5 Hrs of long Journey all together. Please help me to get that, if possible.

HI my sister is working in railway she is in group D and recently she got transferred from Mumbai to Baroda she is very disturb because she has 8 yrs daughter which she studying in mumbai how to look after her. their inlaws are around 68 nad 72 yrs her husband is not working all family is under her head and she is cancer patient too every year she has to go for check up but after several request she is still tranfered to baroda can any one suggest what we have to do please

Explain the circumstances to the officer concerned. If he is convinced may be it can be changed.
