The mutual transfer request may be segregated in department wise for easy searching of suitable candidates in the same department.

Dear Sir,
Please advise me on seniority in the following situation.
An employee empanelled to the post of SS/TI on 31-01-1995 after due process of selection and Promoted to officiate as SS/TI in scale Rs.2000-3200 (selection grade) (IV CPC) and posting orders were issued and pay was fixed on Promotion vide Office Order dated 30-03-1995 with a clause that the Office Orders will take immediate effect. The promoted employee joined his newly posted station on 06-08-1995 as he was not relieved by the controlling officer due to want of relief and the post was not filled.
In the mean time another employee got promoted on 05-04-1995.
In this situation how the seniority will be counted ie., Date of Order (or) Date of joining to the newly posted station. (Late joining aroused due to purely administrative grounds for want of relief, post not filled- up etc).
Please quote the Rule position as per Indian Railway Establishment Manual / Indian Railway Establishment Code / Orders & instructions/ Letters issued by Railway Board from time to time to fix seniority in this case.

Railway recruitment selections are based on rank. So there is no minimum. Only rank.

My basic was 8720/- per month in grade pay 1800/- was in July 2006. I have been promoted as a clerk in grade pay 1900/- dated on 27/2/2008. Kindly let me know what is my basic pay from date of promotion.

Sorry that our Anti Spam software caught you somehow and marked as a SPAMMER. Try clearing Brower(Firefox/Explorer/Chrome). If problem continue post here your login ID. Alternate way is to create another Login.

Sir, we are working under cao/ workshop projects. We were earlier posted in Patna but recently we were posted at site under a common office letter. Our headquarter is patna which is in 20% HRA criteria but site is under 10% HRA criteria. We are given 10% hra which I think is unfair and wrong. Other thing I want to clarify that if we don't claim composite transfer grant (CTG) should we get 20% hra or not? Pl. guide.

Hello,
If any one clarify my following doubt & kindly provide necessary RBE,
"One staff selected from Sr.Clerk to SWI, has returned to his parent Seniority Unit (Sr.Clerk) on his own request due to domestic problem after working for few months. After that he got promotion as Head Clerk, will he get his old seniority position as per Sr.Clerk and the same may be protected along with others in the Sr.Clerk seniority unit.
Please let me know the answer at the earliest

I'm an Group – C, Railway employee ( Sr. Secn. Engineer ) having completed 24 years of service in my entry Pay Band Rs.9300 – 34800/-( initial Gr. Pay Rs. 4600/- ). I was granted two MACP ( Gr. Pay Rs. 4800/- & Rs. 5400/- ) on completion of 20 yrs of service with no valid promotion received. Shall I be granted next / 3rd MACP of Gr. Pay Rs.6600/- on completion of 30 yrs of service ( in 2017 )without any promotion during this period? What are the conditins to be fullfilled?

If you dont receive any promotion in next 6 years you will get next GP. If you get promotion and deny you will not get higher GP.

My dear freind, if you want a Railway job you have to apply to Railway Recruitment Board (RRB). Whenver vacancy arise they advertise in newspapers. Apply for the exam, get a good book preparation and prepare well. You will get job. Admin or anybody will not be able to give a Railway job.

My father -in law were servent in railway as gate keeper after he has retired from army.He get both pension .He expired last month.So i want to know his wife getting family pension from both sources.please give your valuable suggestion as early as possible

My Date of apptt. is in 1984 - First promotion was affected in 1989 - (GP 4200)
MACP was granted from 1999 (GP 4600) and another MACP in 2009 (GP 4800)
Whether this is correct ? Has there any mistake ? If so what is the correct
position ?
