Sir,
I was in grade 5200-20200 (gr payRs. 2800). Igot last (3) MACP but they did not change my
pay band. Now Iam retired and my last Pay shows in my PPO as 5200-20200 (Gr.4200 ) MACPS.
Is it right ? or it should be written as 9300-43000 (GR.4200) MACPS

(ii) In case he does not get any promotion thereafter, then he would get 3rd financial upgradation in PB-2 in Grade Pay of Rs.4200 on completion of further 10 years of service i.e. after 28 years (8+10+10).
Whether I am eligible for 3rd Financial up gradation under MACPS w.e.f 06.02.2012

I was appointed as ASM on 19.02.1988 in 1200-2040 grade. I was promoted in 1400-2300 grade on October 1990.
I came own request transfer from Ratlam division to Jhansi division in July 1998 in bottom seniority and initial grade 1200-2040
I again promoted in 1400-2300 grade in Nov. 2003 in cader restructring.After completion of 23 years service i am in 4200 grade pay.
I have not recieved MACP benefit. Please tell me when i got MACP benefit.

In case of Inter-division transfer cases 1 st MACP wont be given, but you are eligible for second MACP on completion of 20 years of Railway service, that in Feb 2008.

Thanks for answer, but my division officials (Agra /NCR) not follow the rules they are telling me that you entitled in nov. 2013 for 3rd MACP.
So please give me a appropriate rule or illustration.

I join railway through rrb cdg on 10dec1990in central telephone enquiry,new delhi and start working indipendently from 19/06/1991 after passing chandusi training institute
Now what will be my date of appointment and after completing 20 years sevice from which date my 2nd MACP will due.

dear sir,
I have joined as Assistant Teacher(EM), through RRB in the year 1993, in the grade Rs.1200-2040. I got promotion as TGT(maths & Physical Science) in the year
2003, Now I am in the Scale of 9300-34800 with grade pay Rs.4600. My qualification is BSc(Maths,physics &chemistry),MSc(Maths), MPhil(Maths), BEd.My age is 46years.
My problem is that , The railway high scools are on edge of clossure due to the lack of students.could you please suggest an option which protect my pay & grade pay in departments like personnel,commercial and accounts?
Am I eligible for the posts like CMA in workshops as i have BSC(Chemistri) as qualification?

If such a situation come, you will be surplus. You will be given an alternate post and your pay will be protected. You can give it in writing for the post you are intersted in which you have the qualification, but CPO will decide.

why MACP does not convey or confer promotion rights along with it ? an employee with MACP is barred and not eligible for appearing for further promotion selection !! this is atrocious. MACP is granted to employees who have already slogged for more than 10-12 years without promotion. MACP only gives the next Gr. Pay and it then bars the employee from appearing for selection in the further promotional selection. This policy should be suitably modified to accommodate the employees to give right to appear for selections for promotions. otherwise the MACP scheme does not have any meaning. Thanks.

sir, i am going to join railway as senior section engineer. if i will get MACP then my pay grade will be change to 4600 to 4800. at that time after few months of it, if i will clear my my exam and get promotion. at that time my grade pay will change or remains same.

Promotion through GDCE will be considered as one promotion. Hence you got 3 promotions already and hence not eligible for MACP. As for GDCE if Railway Board decides in future that it will be considered like a fresh RRB recruitment it you get 46oo in nov 2012 and 4800 in another 10 years.

Institutional training will be at Centralised Electrical Training Institute, Thakurli or Indian Railway Institute of Electrical Engineering, Nasik. Job training and posting will be in Kota division only.

I am a senior clerk under SCW/SYAE/LLH in Eastern Railway absorbed as casual labour on 01-09-1976 and decasualized as Khalasi w.e.f 24-12-1980 in Engineering dept. On 16-05-1986 I have been taken in to permanent vacancy of Khalasi . I thereafter promoted to Clerk Gr.11under mechanical department on 03-04-1995 and on 21-11-2005 to Clerk Gr.1 with grade payRs.2800/-
I had no break during availing temporary status prior to joining in regular appointment. Now my question is whether I am entitled to get MACP

It says: "The entire temporary status service of substitutes followed by regularisation without break may be taken into account towards the minimum service of 10, 20 and 30 years for the purpose of grant of benefit under the MACP Scheme. "
You had break between 24-12-1980 & 16-05-1986??

I joined as Tech-III in Tr D department in 1981and got promotions as Tech-II in1986, Tech-I in 1995 and got selected as JE-II through LDCE in 1999. It was completed more than 13years in JE grade. Am I eligible for MACP or not. Please clarify.
I came to know that the MACP for the LDCE recruitees will be at par with direct recruitees as in the ACP scheme of Vth CPC, irrespective of their previous promotions and length of service rendered in previous grades. Is it true ?

There are no orders as for considering LDCE on par with Direct recruitment. AS for now you got 3 promotions and hence not eligible for MACP.

First MACP is not given in case of one way transfer. You will get second MACP in 2018 or 10 years from getting 4200 in new division which is earlier.

Next promotion is AEN(Gaz). You have to write Promotional exam for this. How many years depends on your hardwork for the exam and service record. It can be 5-15 years.

I have join railway on 27-05-2008 as ALP Firozpur Division Northern Railway in 2012 I have selected as JE by RRB Mumbai and appointment given in POH Bhusaval before this I have taken NOC from my divisional HQ by competiting authority Sr DME and through proper channel I have relieved on 30-05-2012 and I have join in POH on 11-06-2012 (on this my basic pay was 9220 and GP 2400). I want to know my payment structure because in POH they are giving me only stipend of trainee JE. Weather I eligible for TA and the payment of ALP OR payment of JE. Am I eligible for bonus for this year

I got promotion as Loco Pilot (Goods) in march 2000 in Gr PAY 4200. After ten years I got benefit under MACP My Gr Pay became 4600. But it is learnt that my Gr pay is going to reduce as there is no Gr pay 4600 in this cader . In promotion from Loco Pilot (Goods) to Loco Pilot (P) benefits given is Gr Pay 4600+500 Additional Allowance. So Please enable me what benefit I will get as a benifit of MACP or my current Gr Pay 4600 is correct.

I got appointed as traffic apprentice on 29-7-2002. Completed training and got posted as SM II on 29-7-2004. Have not received any punishment or promotion till date. When i would get first macp?
