sir,
i am an ex-serviceman,worked in indian air forece for 20 yrs.i was re-employed in indian railways as station master.i retired from railways in the year 2007 on superannuation ie on completing 60 yrs of age. when i retired
my railway service is 19 yrs only. i was denied the provision of post complementary pass and REHS on paying
last pay drawn amount . later on when i brought the rule of half of defense service to be added for the purpose
of post complementary pass, administration has considered my request and issued a set of post complementary pass. after two months i was again called by Sr DPO and informed me that provision of complementary pass is with-drawn on the pretext that i have not asked for pay protection(last pay drawn in defense) on joining in railways. kindly inform me whether i am entitled for a post complementary pass or not.
further i request to inform if there is any new rule in vith pay commission for railway pensioners health scheme
as i was denied health card with the reason that i have only 19 years of railway service.
thanking you in anticipation
