R/Sir,
Kindly guide me, shall I be eligible to get MACP of Rs.4600/- in May'2012 under the following circumstances:-
1) May'1996 - Appointed as Accounts Clerk in Pay Rs.3050/- ( now GP Rs.1900/-)in Indian Railway.
2) May'1999 - promoted as Jr.Accounts Assistant in pay Rs.4500/- ( now GP Rs.2800/-).
3) May'2002 - promoted as Accounts Assistant in Pay Rs.5500/- (now GP Rs.4200/-)
Sir, I shall be completing 10 years in PA (GP Rs.4200/-) in May'2012 without any promotion during May'2002 to May'2012.
Kindly guide me whether I shall be eligible to get the MACP in the next grade of Rs.4600/- in May'2012 or not, if not, then when I shall be eligible for getting MACP of Rs.4600/-

GRIEVANCE OF EX-SERVICEMEN

Subject: Re -fixation of pay to ex-servicemen re-employed in railway establishment.

Reference L. No. 3/19/2009 estt Pay-II Ministry of Personnel Public Grievance And Pension Department Of Personnel And Training dated 8th Nov 2010.

With due respect and humble submission I want to lay down following lines for your kind consideration and favorable action please.

I have been re-employed in railway service w.e.f. 25th March 2011 in Jagadhari Workshop. I have come to know from under reference letter that the pay will be fixed of pensioners as per last pay drawn in army service.

I have submitted five reminders for the same but no actions have been taken till date.

Therefore I request you to please guidelines may be issued to re-fix my pay.
