Dear sir, I AM ALP in Valsad. I applied for mutual transfer to DELHI. ALP of Delhi got 15th position seniority in his 48 candidates panel. He is junior. I am obc & he is gen.My question is, what will be my seniority -15th or 48th? Pls clarify. Thanks.

Dear Sir, posting this matter which relates to my seeking of an NOC towards creation of my passport. I don't need it to visit anywhere abroad but for my wife. My wife hails from a foreign country and as living here extending her X-VISA every year is a pretty cumbersome, time consuming process and never reaches in time. So if I have a Passport carrying her name as my spouse, she will be at ease getting 5 year long X-VISA from her native country.

A railway personnel denying to provide me with the requisite NOC. I am suggested that I can not get a passport unless I visit abroad. And I am suggested to fill the spaces provided for information sought regarding the vist which I don't want to do because that will be utterly false. A passport is extremely necessary, rather indespensible for the sake of my wife because I have the right to see that my wife leads a smooth life here in India. Now if you could kindly suggest what would be the next measure that would lead to a successful procurement of a passport.

Your kind informative response would be highly appreciated.

Thanking you in anticipation.
