RESPCTED SIR,
I JOINED INDIAN RAILWAY AS HELPER II IN 2007 AND GOT PROMOTION IN 2012 AND NOW I AM WORKING AS TECHNICIAN III C&W BELONGS TO SC CATEGORY. I FOUND A TECHNICIAN III DLS BELONGING TO SC CATEGORY BUT CONCESSION CANDIDATE MEANS HE IS WORKING IN PLACE OF HIS FATHER DUE TO HIS FATHER'S DEATH. CAN MUTUAL TRANSFER BETWEEN US IS POSSIBLE OR NOT ? PLEASE EXPLAIN.

Sir I had applied mutual transfer Nov 2011.at that time I was ticket examiner with 1900gp and my mutual partner was also in same go.but in 2012 my partner got promotion to 2400 go.at that time both of our applications were reached to our zonal office means my application was to his and his application to mine.then it was known from his CPO office i.e ecor mutual transfer could not be possible between two different gp and had to wait till my promotion.when I got promotion it was said to us that transfer process was cancelled and fresh application was needed
As per saying we reapplied my partner's application has reached to my CPO office I.e we but when I applied in my div office I.e Bct the dpo office dealing clerk said to me that mutual transfer could not be possible between open market candidate i and departmental candidate my partner and denied to accept application. Plz inform me what is correct.if my transfer is possible through my previous application now.what should I do now.

That depends whether you are direct recruit or promotee.
Sir, i sallected rrc group d but my pormosion group c . I want to inter railway transfer. Will i go to group c ya group d ?
