According to rules, if both the employees seeking mutual transfer are on recruitment grade and from RRB then community will not apply in such cases.

Minimum 3years service is needed for inter railway/ivision transfer. The condition does no apply in case of mutual transfer.

You can apply for mutual, if both of you are ready to accept lowermost seniority in the new division. Normal mutual is not possible.

Respected sir,
i've shortlisted RRB Patna in oct. 2011 for je electrical in maim list and i recieved a latter from rrb on Apr 30,2012 metntioning that my name has recomanded to GM ECR for appointment
after that there is no information for further procuder
i call to APO (Rectt.) in this regard he answer that there is no vacancy
somebody tell me if i am not be appointe under an year after result publication than these port will stand for cancilation
please suggest what should i do

If anybody care to read a job notification of RRB each of them clearly say that vacancies are provisional and can increase or decrease. But practically RRB normally gives appointment to all in the main list . Railways are huge establishments where vacancy position changes frequently due to many reasons like inter railway transfers.

Use Staff Grievance Register maintained in your office. In case it is not maintained you can report the matter to Labour Enforcement Officer (of the State Government).
