respected sir
In the joining year can technician signal grade-2 appears for junior engineer through GDCE.
whats the passing criteria in GDCE for junior engineer.
As I'm oc student and they are very few vacancy  for section engineer and junior engineer in RRB and it is very difficult to clear it . so, that i selected technician  signal gr-2. and after that i want to appear for junior engineer through GDCE. so that with in 2-3 year i can be junior engineer.
what i stated is correct or not.
please suggest your opinion.

You can write GDCE exam just after your regular posting if you have the qualification needed(Diploma for JE). While technically it is possible to become JE in 2-3 year as you wish, on practical side chances of it depend on many conditions like vacancies existing/arising in your Zone, number of departmental candidates appearing for the exam. After all it depends on your performance over others - not just passing the exam.
