Denial benifit of macps

1.    My 1st appointment in Railways in March-92 as Tech. Gr.III
2.    Promoted after passing 25%LDCE as JE-II in Sept-98
3.    GP-4200 granted wef.Sept-98
4.    10 years completed in same GP in Sept-2008

But in continuation of my regular service my without break promotional training of 78 weeks not counted for MACP

 The order says  'Regular service' for the purpose of the MACPS shall commence from the date of joining of a post in direct entry grade on a regular basis either on direct recruitment basis or on absorption/re-employment basis.

So I doubt about your claim.

Even if you had joined as direct JE your training of 78 weeks wont count for MACP as per the present rule.
