Commercial Apprentice Pay

Dear Sir,
I found that Commercial Apprentice has starting pay 8560 and Grade Pay 2800 in their apprentice period of 2 year
in the forum http://indianrailwayemployee.com/content/pay-fixation
Please Clarify the takehome salary durin training only Rs 11,360
or
DA also given during training
Pl Clarify

Yes. DA is also paid (Now @58% of Rs. 11360) during training.
No other allowance is paid.

I was joined in the post of JE/Drawing on 02.02.2006 as a apprentice. at that time my was received Rupees 4500 + DA for my training period . My training period was 18 months. But for administration delay my tannings period was increased by 22 months. for 22 months i got only rupees 4500 + DA. Can I eligible for sixth PC arrears. Because i don't got sixth pay arrears. please give the reply my mail id is paramuramesh@gmail.com.

TA/CA is for normal graduates. Considering your qualification it may not be suited for you. In any case you can write exam and if you are selected you can decide then.

Normally they are appointed as Chief Commercial Clerk/Parcel Clerk in GP 4200.

sir , according to C E N -02/2010 the grade pay of CA is 4200 but in your site it shows the above grade pay will be given only after successful completion of 2 year training ( during training grade pay 2800 ) why ?? If is it so then why in the employment notice grade pay of commercial apprentice (not chief parcel/ commercial clerk etc.) has been printed as 4200 ? please reply ....

Wherever training period is more than one year, stipend is given as per the lower Grade pay during training.
You are asking WHY? Because these are extend rules. I suppose the logic is just economy.

Respected Sir, i am selected from rrb Allahabad & join n c rly agra division 17.06.06, after one yr training posted in same division as pws later i join lucknow division by mutual transfer 07.09.11 . i got promotion to sr pws 4200/- recently dt 20.04.12 while my other batch mates in lucknow division get it after two yr of dt of posting and some batch mates in ambala division got it from dt of posting( i have the office order copy) , i have drawn pay & T.A. from grade pay 2800/- @263.00 while T.A. rate for 4200/- is 425/- it is great continous loss to me from last many years. kindly suggest me.

Different division candidates get promotion at different times times due to many reasons - vacancies existing, mass retirement in higher grades, transfers. These things are unavoidable in Railways. Nothing can be done unfortunately, unless all the employees of Indian Railways are brought into one seniority. But if that happens your next transfer promotion can be to Udhampur in J &K or to Kanyakumari in South or Tinsukia in the North East.
I dont know about you, but not many Railway employees will ask for it.

I request to all the railway job aspirants to make sure that there is no dispute pending with the previous employment notice (of the concerned rrb ) of the post which you intend to apply otherwise , be ready to wait for years even if you are qualified in all the written exams and produced all the original documents during the document verification process. Yes , it is happening with the candidates of the TA & CA of RRB KOLKATA under employment notice No. CEN-02/2010. Only a few unemployed candidates who were qualified in any open competitive exam but have not received appointment letter(due to some dispute etc.) for no fault from his part can feel actual pain of the candidates.
