I wish to know about the travel entitlements for non gazetted employees in Rajdhani, Shatabdi Express.
I am entitled to First Class Pass, kindly tell me how many berths can I reserve in
1) Rajdhani Express in 2A and 3A
2) Shatabdi Express in CC
3) Duranto Express
and what is the exact endorsement that is to be made on the face of the Pass.

Yes, you can apply fr Holiday homes. See the Holiday homes list.
Download the application and send it to the address given as per the list.
As for maximum period and advance booking there are no fixed rule. It will be alloted as per demand availability.
