  1. Res sir i m appointed as PWS(engg dept) 4500-7000 in 28.11.2000, there after rly upgrade pay as 5000-8000 against 4500-7000 with spl selection process with out any exam, asper 6th cpc i m working in grade 9300-34800(4200). Now the entry pay scale 4500-7000 in our category of PWS is not avilable in rly. New Sr. PWS appointed in 9300-34800 from 23.4.07 & me also got 9300-34800 on 23.04.07,we r continue working in 9300-34800. so why we are not intittle for MACP after completition 11 yr service in same paw scale of Sr. PWS? sir pl read & take na pl

From your question it is not clear when you gor 4200 GP(or 5000-8000 in old scale). From that date to 10 years you will get 4600 in MACP.

The fact that Railway abolished the 4500 recruitment doesnt make you eligible for one MACP. no

I am a S.S.O(A/c's) in Pay Band-2, G.P-Rs.4800, Date of Promotion-29.01.04, Date of Appointment-27.03.92 and already got two promotions. What benefit is obtained from third M.A.C.P?

You will get 3rd MACP of GP 5400 on completion of 10 years from last promotion/30 years service. From MACP you get one increment and higher GP.

i joined railway through RRB mct in 1974 as com clerk (Rs260-430).i got my first promotion in 1.01.1984(Rs330-560(R)as sr. goods clerk. In 1995 i was selected as guard(Rs330-560) & i joined on 26.02.1995.(no benefit was given) saying it is a promotion (same pay band &pay grade)& From 1.01.2006.given Rs9300-34000(4200) pay band.In 03 08 2011 i took V.R.S now i want to know when & how i will get my 3rd promotion.
