Dear sir, my father was an ex-service man and my mother is a house wife. Is there any provision for an occational pass like LTC (in other depts) which can claim for all family members for spiritual tours. And one more doubt sir, "attendant" eligible for 2AC pass? if yes what are the conditions? .

Ok. If I understand well you are a Railway staff and your ex-serviceman father was never a Railway employee. In that case your parents are not eligible to be included in your pass. There is no provision of LTC for Railway staff. Attendant as said earlier, is a paid servant. (A paid servant can be anybody you employ for your personal service).

Sir,

My father was a Railway employee, who retired in 1985 and expired in 2010, after completing his 82 years of age. After hearing about a G.O that pays 20 per cent ex-gratia to a pensioner who completes his 80 years of age, my father applied in written to the bank authorities for the same, but he could not get.  I want to know whether is there any G.O that provides the above benefit, if so, my mother who is getting the family pension can now apply to the PENSION ADALAT 2012 with  relevant documents or not.  Kindly inform me sir.

This is not ex gratia , but additional pension. Your mother can apply for this in Pension Adalath. She will get 20% extra if she is more than 80.

Pension authority has to make an entry in PPO and then only bank will pay additional pension. See here: https://indianrailwayemployee.com/circular/entry-ppo-regarding-revision-pension-pre-2006-pensioners

good morning sir,

I think u have not got my question, sir, the problem is my father applied to the bankers  for additional pension when he was 81years old, he was not benefited with that so called additional pension, may be unaware of the particular G.O to whom he has to approach. He left us when he is 82years old. I was asking you, whether my mother can approach with this grievance to the pension adalath, scheduled to be held on december 2012. His D.O.B is available in the P.P.O.

I have two queries. 1. When both husband and wife are railway employee and posted in same station then whether they are entitled to get HRA of their own.None of them are availing railway provided accomodation.

2. Does both of them can avail facility of pass and pto of each other.
