macp rules who came on own request transfer

You will get 2nd MACP in in November 2003.

You have already got 3 promotions in your career you are not eligible for MACP.

On request transfer you are not entitled for first MACP, but you still get second. In your case your case you are eligible for 4600 GP(see the original order on MACP).

There is no such proposal as of date.

I was appointed as ASM on 07-01-1998 in SECR/NGP division in 1200-2040 pay scale .Due to some reason in 2005 i unfit for ASM category and posted in ministriel staff as O S . After 16 years service  In July 2013 , 4600/- GP   i came on own request transfer to  NE Railway Lucknow division in 2800/- GP .

Please tell me is there any rule to get 4200/- GP or t MACP benifit because my department telling that you will be not entitled for any benifits that you have refuse your senourity and came 2800/- GP as Sr, Clerk,  after 10 years in 2024 may be you get next promotion or  IIIrd MACP. I have got first promotion on 2002 Oct and 1st MACP of 4600/- GP on Nov-2012 and after 8 months later i came transfered at Lucknow  on date 11-7-2013.   Kindly give me proper circuler if any.
