stepping up eligibility

Fixation of Pay

The most respected sir,

           i am working as a constable in RPSF/SR/TPJ and my DOE is on 12.09.2005 & DOA is 12.06.2006, my payment is now 7830 + 2000. if i eligible for stepping up what's my salary please give the conformation to me.
