A STAFF WORKING UNDER MY CONTROL, DESG-TECH-II,JOINED INDIAN RAILWAY ON 12.05.05 AS APPRENTICE SIGNAL INTERLOCKING MAINTAINER GRADE-III,PAY SCALE=3050-4590 THROUGH RRB EXAM, KOLKATA. AFTER COMPLETING ONE YEAR TRAINING HE TAKE THE CHARGE ON 08.07.06 AS SIGNAL INTERLOCKING MAINTAINER GRADE-III AND POSTED AT ANDAL, ASN DIVISION. BEFORE IMPLEMENTING 6TH CENTRAL PAY COMMISSION BENEFIT HIS YEARLY INCREMENT DATE WAS 1ST JUNE,IN EVERY YEAR. NOW WILL HE GET THE BENEFIT OF 40/2012 RULE? THE MATTER IS MOST URGENT SO PLEASE ANSWER ME.

[1] My basic pay in Nov 2005
[1] My basic pay in Nov 2005 was Rs 8100. In the scale (6500 – 200 – 10500) S – 2 SE/Tele.
[2] On promotion I joined as SSE/Tele on 23/12/2005. In scale (7450 – 225 – 11500) S – 13 SSE/Tele.
[3] The date for the benefit of my promotional pay was decided from my next incremental date. ie Feb 2006.
(I have the proof for that. Please see the file attached)
[4] Hence my basic pay in Dec 2005 was fixed Rs 8125 (bring into the slab).
In scale (7450–225–11500) S – 13 SSE/Tele.
[5] In Feb 2006 my basic pay was 8125 + 225 + 225 = Rs 8575.
[6] On the basis of the above the fixation of my pay in 6th PC :--
from 1st Jan 2006 my basic pay = [ 9300 … 34800 + 4600 ]. ie Rs 15120 + 4600 = Rs 19720
[7] Feb 2006, one increment [ref :-- Rly Bd order No;-- 40/2012].
Basic pay in Feb 2006 = Rs 15720 + 4600 = Rs 20320.
[8] July 2006, one increment (regular) :-- Rs 16330 + 4600 = Rs 20930.
[9] July 2007, one increment (regular) :-- Rs 16960 + 4600 = Rs 21560. is this fixation correct ? requesting you all to please look into this matter and reply me on my email [email protected]

Sir,
Myself, Ambarish Prasad Chaudhuri, S/o Late Sh.R.N.Chudhuri, EMP. No.:-05680207, Joining Date: 26-05-1990 as a Gang-man. Now, I posted at Ahimanpur Railway Station (Near Varanasi Mandal) on 27-10-2003 as a G/Mate and drawing my Gross Salary Rs.29885/- according to Grade pay Rs.1900/-.
I would like to draw your attention on my following issues:-
1. I have been working as a G/Mate at Ahimanpur Railway Station from last 10 years ago with honestly but my salary pay grade is still 1900/-. Why? I really don’t know.
2. My junior got their promotion & increment within 5-7 years with pay Grade Rs.2400/- & above but I as a senior my G/pay is still 1900/-. This is really very painful for me and my family.
3. Varanasi Engineering Department & my senior are not providing my Diary, File & other necessary documents which have mentioned my full details. In this concerned, I already requested to my seniors but they are not providing me any kinds help.
So, I humbly request you to please look this matter and do the needful as soon as possible.
