Anybody kindly help me regarding my issue. I am RRB candidate, tech gr - II (mech) and belongs to SC community. I want to go on mutual transfer. Are there any conditions regarding community for mutual transfer. Is there any exemption for RRB candidates. Kindly reply in detail and give letter numbers, if possible. Thanks.
