I am Tapashi Patra working at kharagpur Disel loco shed. My designation Helper ii. I am now pregnant for 7 month under treatment in railway hospital. Doctor suggest to me total bed rest for 1 month to up to delivery. Now i am taking railway sic, may i now want to take 180 days maternity leave my main problem is I cant stand and walk. I am always slip at bed. I have no LAP/LHAP total leave are nil. So please suggest me how can i take my 180 days maternity leave.

My Fiance is am employee of Indian railways Hospita in Kolkata region and i stay in Mumbai for my service could she get a transfer on marriage grounds to Mumbai.

If not could you please let me know the alternative for the same.
