Inclusion of Association of minimal access Surgeons of India (AMASI) and Indian Association of gastro-intestinal endo-surgeons (IAGES) in the list of recognized Institutions

Ministry of Railways have decided that two Institutes (1) Association of minimal access Surgeons of India (AMASI) & (2) Indian Association of gastro-intestinal endo-surgeons (IAGES) be incorporated at the end of Annexure A, circulated vide Board’s letter No.E(G) 83 FE 1-4 dated 29.04.88. This will entitle Railway officials to 90% reimbursement of membership of (AMASI) & (IAGES).

            This issues with the concurrence of the Finance Directorate of the Ministry of Railways.
