Correspondence with Railway Board/RSPB, related to sports persons
It is observed that Zonal Railways/Production Units are not mentioning the sports discipline of sports persons while making correspondence with Railway Board/RSPB, related to sports persons. This is causing inconvenience while marking the receipts to the Sports Coordinators, as subjects are distributed game-wise, in RSPB/Estt. (Sports).
In view of above, Railways/Units are requested to mention the game with name of sportspersons, while sending any reference to this office, pertaining to sports persons.
