i am from maharashtra and i have completed document verification for the post of JAA with grade pay 2800/-. as a 30% extra candidate as on 11.12.2013. my question is what is the chances of finally selecting for me.
Now i am working as a state govt employee with grade pay of 1900/- from 24.05.2012
if i selected for the post of JAA. My state govt service will be continue? if yes what is the benefits of this.

Railway Minister Mamata Banerjee announced in the Rajya Sabha that Railways are trying to rope in private players to utilise its assets. "Railways are not being privatised", Ms. Banerjee reiterated.
