I was absent  for  three years from april 2010 to  mar 2013  for my treatment . Due to absent of last year  I do not get  PLB  in current year . But the PLB for the year 2009 / 2010 I cant received due to absent in that period and my PLB amount was return . Can I get the  return PLB amount  for the year 2009/2010 now ????

Productivity Linked Bonus

Indian Railway has declared Productivity Linked Bonus (PLB) equivalent to 77 (Seventy seven) days wages without any ceiling on wages for eligibility for the financial year 2009-10.
Well, an average railway employee expected two and a half month salary as Bonus. But one has to read the rest of the story to find out the cruel joke jointly played by our Railway Board babus and Railway employee unions.
