Requested clarifications about OT Allowance in Railways

1.Why does ,14 days hours of duty roster and excess duty hours performed, take for drawing OTA for "Continuous" category staff?.

2. Shall the duty hours spent on line be taken into account while totaling the duty hours for calculating OTA?

3. How do we take the hours into consideration for calculating OTA if an employee performs his duty by forgoing his rest?

4. We arrive OT hours by subtracting Roster hours from total hours performed. How is it calculated if the employee was on line on duty and worked for more than roster hours daily?
