i got promotion in 2003 in pay scale 5500-9000(gp 4200) but i was going under punishment (increment withheld for three years with cumulative effect). in 09-2005 my punishment was over and got promotion in 5500-9000 railway had given me seniorty from 2003 . i want to know when i will get macp in gp 4600 in 2013 or 2015 please help .it is my second promotion

I joined railways (EDP centre) in 1990 (direct recruit to EDP Centre now IT Centre) in the grade of 1350/- (IV commision) (4500-V commission).
The channel of promotion as per the pay commission is given below.
1. Based on the recommendations of 6th Central Pay Commission, the revised pay structure of Rajbhasha staff of Zonal Railways was notified vide Board’s letter No.PC-VI/2008/I/RSRP/1 dated 11.9.2008 and 19.11.2008. There have been demands regarding improvement in the pay structure of above staff and an item has been raised by both the Federations before Departmental Anomaly Committee also.

i am an railway employee and got 6th pay commission of Rs. 4600/- under MCAP. further i am now promoted to COS in grade pay of Rs. 4600/-. In this regard i want to refuse my ongoing promotion and what is the process to do so..
an early reply will be appreciated..

X working as UDC(GP 2400) has been given MACP w.e.f. 20/9/11. On MACP his pay has been fixed as 10200 + 2800. Subsequently he gets promotion to Office Superintendent w.e.f. 1/4/12 in the grade pay 4200. On promotion, only the difference of grade pay is granted. kindly intimate whether the individual is eligible for an increment in 1/7/12 in the new grade pay. if not, whether the individual is eligible to get an increment in the old grade pay as he has completed 6 months in the the GP 2800.
I have been absorbed on 15.07.1991 as PWM in 1400-2300 scale. Presently this post is upgraded and known as SR.PWS with 4200 GP. Thereafter I was promoted as JE/II on 01.04.1997 (Present GP 4200); JE/I on 01.11.2003 (Present GP 4200) and SSE on 01.07.2008 (Present GP 4600).
As I had completed 20 years in 2011, am I eligible for GP 4800? Personnell officers are saying that since I was promoted in 1997 I will be eligible for 4800 from 2017 only. But in my 1997 promotion both PWM and JE/II are in same GP of 4200. Kindly reply.
I was appointed as pws on 20-11-2011, in scale 4500-7000, pay revised on 27-03-2007, 5000-8000, am I eligible for grant Ist MACP banifit.
I have joined as Traffic Apprentice in Dec 2001 in Railways. After training I have been posted as Station Master Gr II in Dec 2003. I will get the first MACP in Dec 2011 or Dec 2013
