leave under probational period

sir,

     i am a railway employee which joined in service on 13/12/2012.

at the time when i join, i was doing BSc computer science final year(regular course under Kerala university) and my course may end within march 2013.....do i have any chance of taking 2 months of leave to complete my course..?

is there any rule for me to claim my leave application?

 

Study Leave(SL)

  • Granted to a Railway employee for:
  1. Higher studies or undergoing training in professional and technical subjects having a direct and close connection with the sphere of his duties.
  2. A sudy capable of widening one’s mind in manner likely to improve his abilities as a Railway employee.
  3. Studies connected with the framework or background of public administration.
