Respected Sir,

    I was appointed as Khalasi in year 1958  with pay of 70-85/196-232/750-940/2550-3200 and I was confirmed in year 1964. Thereafter I was directly engaged on the post of Mason in year 1975 in pay of 260-400/950-1500/3050-4590 and I was made permanent on this post in year 1990. I am retired in year 2000.

  I am not given benefit of ACP. Please tell me whether I am entitled to benefits of ACP on completion of 12 and 24 years of service. Please tell me the enforcement date of ACP scheme and its extent.

 

Modified Assured Career Progression Scheme (MACPS)

  • MACPS is applicable to all regularly appointed Group ‘A’, ‘B’, and ‘C’ Railway Employees .
  • The financial upgradations under the MACPS would be admissible upto the highest Grade Pay of Rs.12000/- in the PB-4.
  • Casual employees, including those granted ‘temporary status’ and employees appointed in the Railways only on ad-hoc or contract basis shall not qualify for benefits under the aforesaid Scheme.
